Andrew Jackson Academy is an independent private school enrolling students in preschool through twelfth grade. Andrew Jackson Academy seeks to provide an opportunity for students to reach their highest potential mentally, physically, as well as socially and morally, in preparation for college and for life. We exist for the child, to help him develop an image for himself which motivates him to care and try to seek accomplishment. Each child, therefore, should be regarded as an individual who deserves consideration, respect, understanding, encouragement, and qualified instructions.

Academics

Andrew Jackson Academy emphasizes the academic studies that put the student in touch with the principles of history, language, religion, mathematics, and science, which allows the student to make sound valid judgements.  

Athletics

Andrew Jackson Academy believes that a well-trained body compliments an educated mind. Accordingly, it stresses athletics along with academics. We encourage all our students to participate in school sporting events.

Accreditation & Memberships

Andrew Jackson Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA). In December of 2013, Andrew Jackson Academy received Advanced Ed Accreditation.
